Our warehouse is in the UK and domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination but we aim to deliver all orders within an average of 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

To return an item, please contact our customer support team, and they will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Please contact us by email at support@mightymitts.co.uk to initiate a return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and credited to the original payment method.
